How can I watch Doctor Who "The Next Doctor" in the US?

We american fans are dying because we can't see the Doctor Who Christmas special: The Next Doctor. Is there a (legal would be nice) place where I can see/download it online? I can't install unusual viewing programs, and don't want to add that strange toolbar.
No site is very straightforward. I registered for MoviePlex, but I tried to log in this morning for the first time, and got a message that I was banned from the site forever. Maybe I neglected to use the secret handshake. Any other ideas besides Sidereel?
