Do these gladiator heels suit this dress?
It's for my grad, and I don't know if the heels suit the dress. Is there any way I could add something (jewelery etc.) to the dress to make it more suitable. At the moment I feel like the dress is too formal for the shoes.
In regards to the jewelery, should i have a long dangly black pendant type necklace? black cuff and ring? vintage, or modern? I really like vintage but not sure if the vintage would clash with the modern cut shoes?

this is a pic of vanessa hudgens in an almost identical pait of shoes. i think it suits her dress because hers is more light, summery and suit the 'sandal' theme of the heels.

this is my dress. dont mind the face, it wasnt that pretty anyways 
and i think it doesnt work because its like - dress, formal. shoes, sandals.
but i dont know, maybe im just worrying about nothing. feedback please!!
Black and blue goes well with almost everything.
