Does anyone know what the payroll deadline for inputting it onto the system is, so that the payslips are released on the 25th working day?
is it any of these- 5th working day or the 10th.
Anyone working in public sector finance, who releases the payslips on the 25th working day please respond.

This depends on the time it takes to process the payroll data, which is often done by an outside payroll bureau, and then to transfer the money through the banking system into the employees accounts.
Typically allow a week to process the payroll system plus 3 days to transfer the money into employees accounts, say 10 days allowing for a weekend which would give you the 15th of the month as a deadline.
Otherwise just ask your HR or Accounts Department.
