I have a library book and it fell in the toilet...i already dried it by the pages are all curly and I don't have enough money to pay for the fine! PLEASE HELP! thank you!
How much is the book worth? The proper conservancy of water logged books and papers is an expensive proposition and it isn't a do-it-yourself project. Freeze drying in vacuum chambers is usually what is done. Here, give these people a call, I'd doubt that they'd do single books for private citizens (they usually work with large amounts of material from institutions and companies) but they might if you are nice on the phone.
