How well do at home microdermabrasion kits work?

I have acne scars and I wondered to what extent home microdermabrasion kits work. I was wondering in particular if they work well on removing scars Acne, most kits I looked do not say they do, but the articles I read on microdermabrasion say it. I looked at the Neutrogena kit or Avon. I would really welcome your comments, Thanks.

I find them good in the sense that they are a bit like a scrub for face, but they usually helps healing ACEN you need a course of facials microdermabrasion work for it HAV can begin to affect healing. Worth making if-skin feel wonderfully clean and fresh
