This morning at 4:00 my friend went through an intersection without stopping. The police shot him obviously and he has no license. He is 16 years and is the first time he actually had trouble with the police. The car was registered and everything, his family. What will happen when he goes to court since he has both "things" against him now? Chapter 90: Article 10 of Chapter 89: Article 9 Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
