Watchmaker Jeweler

Title says it all, just hopefully a watchmaker or someone experienced can tell me how to open this watch so I can fix it, or should I take it to a watchmaker/jeweler? How much would they cost to do this if you would know?

Take it to a watchmaker or jeweler. Do NOT try to do it your self. Trust me, bad idea.
Just take it to some place: save time and the hassle.
I also had another watch that had fell and the same problem happen. It cost a bit and was like 10 mins.
