I just need to know if the Swiss 20 Franc is larger, the same size, or smaller than the US quarter.
I would like to make a men's wedding ring, and i found a site that gave directions on how to make a ring out of a silver quarter.
I know that a Swiss 20 Franc is a good price right now, and I'd rather make a gold wedding ring than a silver one.
If anyone has any information on making quality men's wedding rings, that would also be helpful:)
The 20 franc coins are 21 mm in diameter (about the size of a U.S. five cent piece); hence I would guess that it is quite a bit smaller than a US Silver Dollar...
From what I heard, the gold price is quite high at the moment, so if that is a factor, I'd rather wait.
