Remover Opener

So Both answers were the same and I am sure they are both the best. However another problem is" when I go into the site they recomened. It wont open site up and send it may be trouble with system or my Broswer settings wont allow it to enter the sight?? Is that the OPP>DLL causing that ? Please both can answer again Geno
First, it is possible that you have a bad cache file. Clear your history, temporary files (be patient) & cookies, then restart the computer and retry. This HELP link has instructions: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/yahoomail/settings/settings-13.html .
Once you've done that, try here:
http://get.adobe.com/reader/
for the download, which is DIRECT from adobe, which is probably the safest place to get it.
