Rock Guitar

I've been playing guitar hero for a while now and I mostly play on hard;but when i play on a rock band guitar I can barely get through on medium.I don't know if my notes don't register or if its just me. It's really been bugging me though. Any tips on how I can get over the missing clicks?
Heh, I've noticed subtle differences myself at first, contrary to the usual, there is a difference between RB/GH besides visuals, one would be (and very relevant to you missing notes) is that RB's note hitting system is more precise, and with which, harder to hit notes with, than GH.
However, you can go into settings/options and re-calibrate (syncing audio with the visual) to your liking.
I prefer spot on playing how RB is, unlike GH which seems a good half-second late regardless of how I calibrate, but that's just me.
As far as instruments go, RB1 model guitars DO seem a little more tricky to handle than GH, Harmonix fixed that by altering it a bit for the RB2 model, which has a slight "clink" just like how GH models are, but feels almost as smooth as RB1's.
