I feeel all stupid but i cant open it and ive tryed everything... my friend has the same problem...
Is the shrink band off? If it is and you still can't unscrew it- try getting a rubber band and wrapping it around the lid, it creates tension and should make it easier. Or you could get one of the jar opener pot holder looking things- same concept.
