i want to give my prom date a little gift. i need your help in which watch looks the best. Thanks in advance.

I guess I got it off easily, Lol. My prom date, all she got was a corsage, a meal and a kiss.

$100.00 gift I say is a little over the top. There must be a reason for a watch.

I say if you want to give a gift give something that you made yourself or a book etc. My preference is a Study Bible with his name engraved on the front.

Kelly where were you when I had my prom? Maybe it is different in your neck of the woods but for me an expensive gift cheapens the date it seems to me like a payoff for taking you out.

I know at your age everything seems over your head and this is a special time of your life. Think things through. It is ok to give a guy a gift but he may feel awkward if does not give you one of equal or greater value.

Your heart is in the right place to the best of my knowledge so stop and think on what I said.

Maybe you are a rich girl and expensive gifts are all you know. Life is more than things.

If my date gave me a nice watch I do not know what I say, or feel.

What does you Mom or Dad say on this?

Bottom-line, I stop and really think first to see if this is the best and most appropriate gift to give at this time of your life.
