Hitting Golf

I been getting mixed reviews. Some people say your back isn't supposed to hurt playing golf and some say it is supposed to. I hear of golf players having back pain. Pro golfers hit 150mph I think that would stress the back. You are supposed to hit fast in baseball if you want to hit a home run as well. I don't know the mph they hit though.

I think that it would be easier to hit the 300 yards, because it has a lot less factors against it.
You can easily get a golf trainer to train you what your strength should be at, swing tips, etc. But, for specifically Major League Baseball games, you have to worry about uncontrollable things like the pitcher's speeds, different pitches... all that kind of stuff.
If you can pick a day where you have the wind for you, a good driving range, and ready for golf, you could be able to get 300 yards.
