Hell Kitty

i had a kind of pocky that was a bixcuit stick and had this strawberry icing stuff to dip in.it had hell kitty on it and my aunt said she got it at the commisary but im not military.where else can i find it?(i tried asian stores)
for those who dont know what pocky is:
Pocky is a biscuit like cookie covered in a creme(strawberry,chocolate,coffee,honey etc.).It is japanese and is grown very popular in the us.
