How To Contact a Heart Doctor For Adivce?

Hello,

My uncle, who is leaving overseas, had a stroke almost 3 years ago, as a result his Heart is not functioning properly anymore, and he is having kidneys failure.
After being treated in one of good hospitals back home, he didn't improve, and his condition worsen day by day.
I asked for a copy of his health report, and planning to see one of the doctors here in the US to re-evaluate his treatment, and whether coming here will benefit him.

I need your recommendation how to proceed with this, and if you have any advices, because it's the first time I deal with an issue like this.

i work for a cardiologist office and my advice would be get a copy of his records and make an appointment . insurance wont pay for you to make that visit on your uncles behalf. but you will have the answers that you seek. another thing you will have to consider is this will his health allow him to make a trip?
