Golden Superman

Dr. Manhattan's powers:
-can manipulate and change into anything he desire any form of matter by mind (which means he can make kryptonite out of air)
-see his own past and future
-able to observe the tiniest moment in any event (and probably can act on it with the same speed)
-can teleport himself and anything he desires
Silver Age Superman's powers:
-Flight
-Super Strength (able to move entire planets)
-Able to move at the speed of light
-Time travel
-Indestructibility
-Heat vision
-Can see through any objects(except lead)
Other than superman going back in time when dr manhattan gained his powers and preventing that event from happening, who will win if these two super powers go all out?
p.s.
pls remember that im talking about the silver age superman, not the golden age or the modern age superman (in other words, not the superman in smallville or the recent movie - because those superman are a weaker version of him compared to the 'god-like' silver age version)
As you said Dr.Manhattan can control time , energy, and matter totally. He would simply dissipate the solar energy in Superman's cells and make him human. Easy victory for the Dr.
