Any mangas? Funny ones or kiddy ones like doraemon?

I want to read mangas really bad, but i don't know which one to read. I don't want to read those action manga that have like fighting or whatever stuff. I want like cute ones. Some mangas like doraemon and stuff, and there was one i usedd to read, it's about the witch world that when girl turn a certain age, i think sixteen or something they come to an old woman to get a round thingy that have their destine husband picture on them. And these two girls accidently have the same guy so they went back to change it and the rich one ask for a blond one, and so the old woman give the old guy back to the poor witch and the blond one to the rich one. And there's no characters left so anyways. Please tell me a good manga, i don't like action ones or hentai ones. I want like magical mangas.
