Day Dad

I'm going to be hosting a dad's day for my sorority and need to decide on food. I have about 60 people attending and a budget of about $300 So far, I'm serving those big subway sandwiches, chips, and soda.
Any other suggestions would be great!
o Coffee, iced tea
o Pretzels
o Cake decorated with sports theme --- tiny footballs, tennis rackets, baseballs
o Cole slaw
o Cookie tray -- vanilla wafers, chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, oreos
