just cut my chest accidentally with my necklace and i bled for a few minutes?

accidentally cut my chest with the pendant on my necklace/chain, even though it was a small cut, i bled for around 3-5 minutes but that's only after i finally found a plaster , otherwise i think it would've bled for a few more minutes, reminded me of something about low white blood cells are something similar, any ideas?
(the white part of the plaster is almost completely red but the bleeding stopped after i covered it, should)
went to clean the bandage this morning and bear in mind it's been mor ethan 6 hours and when i removed the plaster for some reason i bled for another minute until it stopped, now i'm confused

That was one long sentence...so what's your question again? Anyway, it doesn't seem like a necklace can cut into your chest very badly- suck it up and apply pressure til the bleeding stops. Then clean it well with some water, pat it dry, and put a bandage over it!
