Clip Lcd

I need to replace my lcd screen and I need to know how to take it apart like where are all the hidden clips and ties are at. Unless anyone knows where I can get it fixed under $400 in Phoenix AZ?
If the system is under warranty it might be best to contact Dell, but here is a direct link to the Service Manual explaining how to do this: http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/ins1525/en/SM/display.htm#wp1179838 This type of install can be pretty involved, but if you have worked on computers it can be done.
