What do you do when there is no defensive 3 in the key?

In this basketball league I'm in there is not defensive three in the key which is the stupidest thing to me, because they just have a tall guy stand in the lane the whole time. I don't know how to play against it because I drive in and some big goofball just has his hands in the air. Some teams play a 2-3 zone with someone just standing there. What are some things you can do to get past this?

improve your jump shot, or drive then to a double pump to get him off his feet. You can stop in the key and do a teardrop over him. And If you do an underhand layup it will be harder for him to block it. also when your driving try pushing into his body and go to a wide layup, almost like a hook shot.
