I have tried to find a list online but cannot find one....
There are several C&R machine guns, BUT, you still have to pay the $200 transfer tax, and the transfer must be conducted by a Type 2 Special Occupational Taxpayer (Type 2 SOT), which is essentially a machine gun dealer. So, basically, the Type 03 FFL (C&R) must collect machine guns the same way everyone else does. That being said, the answer is, a C&R license holder can own any machine gun that is transferable on a Form 4. C&Rs don't get any special treatment.
